GASP! I made it through two weeks of marching band camp and am still alive!

Actually, it's not that hard nowadays. For the past week, we've been having two-a-days where we go in at 8am and leave for our lunch break at noon, then return from 2pm to 4pm. In the mornings, we're outside until about 10-11am and then go over out music inside. The afternoons are music times as well inside.

BUT...

Now every day except for Wednesday and Friday we are going to camp in the evenings from 5pm to 8pm. That means I don't have to go to camp until tonight! Yay!


During the latter part of the week, we were able to get our schedules, IDs, lockers, and crazy expensive textbooks for the coming year. I'm kinda excited about it, and also worries me, especially for certain Fridays...

Last Saturday, we had a new student roundup to look around the school and do some activities. It was ok, but I was more tired than as if I was going to my two-a-day band camp practices!

I HAVE been drawing things lately, mostly custom Pokémon characters for my custom region. They actually look really good, if I do say so myself! ^^ Thanks to for her awesome tutorials, especially the clothing and ruffle ones! I think I'll try to make a to-do list on what needs to be done in my journals to keep track. Whenever I complete something, I'll update the most recent journal's status. So far I don't have much, but I would like to get a few things done.


Status:

Scan, redraw, and upload my friend's botched Pactio card for him.

Scan and upload custom Pokémon characters.

Finish Aomori Region 'Game' Map

Remake another dA ID.

One more note: I went to the library YET AGAIN and saw Ink Exchange by Melissa Marr. My friend was first reading it, and since I saw it there, I decided to read it. IT IS AN AWESOME BOOK. The characters are mysterious and the plot is good. Anyone who can read it should.
